TJ was born in Villa Park, Illinois and spent his early years there before moving to Nashville, Tennessee. He later relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, where he now lives and works. He attended Trinity Christian College, where he played two years of collegiate baseball while studying business, and later completed his bachelor’s degree through Western Governors University.

At Meridian, TJ heads the unmanned surveillance department—a fast-growing and highly specialized area of the industry. He thrives in the covert, behind-the-scenes nature of the work, where patience, attention to detail, and strategic thinking are critical. In an industry still heavily focused on manned operations, he enjoys being on the cutting edge of surveillance technology and maximizing results through smart, remote solutions.

Outside of Meridian, Tj remains closely connected to his baseball roots. He coaches both junior varsity and varsity baseball at Saint Petersburg Catholic High School and leads a 14U travel team in the area. His background in coaching reflects the same discipline, leadership, and focus he brings to his investigative work every day.
