Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Florida. Before joining Meridian Investigative Group, she worked at a global financial institution, where she analyzed personal and business accounts for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance and ensured both domestic and international regulatory requirements were met.

In that role, every detail mattered. Staying compliant across different territories taught her the importance of accuracy and consistency—skills she now applies to managing agency and investigator licensing across multiple states. Kayla enjoys the challenge of navigating complex requirements and is excited to continue growing her expertise in the private investigation industry while contributing to the success of the team.
