Remote Services Specialist
Jim is a native Floridian, born in Tampa, Florida, where he spent his early years before his family relocated to Zephyrhills. After graduating high school, he entered the U.S. Army and completed Airborne training at Fort Benning, Georgia. Following Jump School, he was stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina with the 82nd Airborne Division for four years before continuing his service in the U.S. Army Reserves. During his time in the Reserves, Jim served as Operations NCO for the 810th Combat MP Company, which deployed in support of Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
In civilian life, Jim worked in the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Weapons Program as an SRT Officer and SRT Team Leader, where he completed advanced S.W.A.T. training in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His extensive background in high-security operations, leadership, and tactical planning brings a disciplined, solutions-driven approach to every assignment.
At Meridian, Jim serves as a Remote Services Specialist, where he applies decades of operational experience to support clients through strategic surveillance solutions and dependable field expertise. His calm leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him a trusted asset to both clients and teammates.
Outside of Meridian, Jim enjoys firearms instruction, fishing, and spending time with his wife, five adult children, and ten grandchildren, who keep him busy with baseball, soccer, swimming, and volleyball.
