Jeff grew up in the Birmingham, Alabama area and turned a passion for problem-solving into a career in investigations. He earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Forensics with a minor in Corrections from Jacksonville State University and jumped into the field right after graduation in 2002, working as a field investigator with Omega Insurance Services.

In 2008, he joined Meridian Investigative Group and has been a key part of the team ever since. As of 2023, he serves as Operations Manager, overseeing investigative operations across 17 states. He’s passionate about mentoring investigators and bringing two decades of field experience into training, leadership, and client results.

Now based back in Birmingham with his wife and two children, he’s just as committed to the grill as he is to the job. When he’s not managing cases, you’ll find him smoking meats, cooking at home, or exploring new culinary spots on the weekends. If he hadn’t gone into investigations, he might’ve been a chef—because whether it’s a brisket or a case, precision always pays off.
