Erin is the Director of Human Resources at Meridian Investigative Group, bringing over 25 years of HR experience to the role. Her expertise spans employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Meridian in 2020, Erin worked in human resources at a law firm focused on workers’ compensation cases—specifically handling matters involving suspected fraudulent claims. That experience gave her a unique perspective on the investigative industry and sparked her interest in supporting the professionals who help protect the integrity of the workplace.

Originally from Naples and raised in St. Augustine, Erin has called the St. Petersburg area home since 2009. She thrives in environments where attention to detail, accountability, and fairness are valued, making her a perfect fit for the investigative world. She enjoys the challenge of balancing people-focused leadership with the operational demands of the industry.

Outside of work, Erin finds joy in gardening and has a lifelong passion for horses and equestrian activities—interests that reflect her calm focus, patience, and love for structure.
