Johnny began his career in law enforcement, where he spent over a decade investigating major crimes, conducting undercover work, and mastering advanced interview techniques. In 2004, he brought that experience into the private sector and launched his career in investigations. He joined Meridian in 2008 as a field investigator, working cases that included surveillance, scene investigations, and in-person interviews.

In 2015, Johnny transitioned to the Desktop Investigations team and was promoted to Desktop Manager in 2017. Since then, he’s helped grow the division by expanding services, developing new investigative tools, and building strong partnerships with clients.

A native of North Alabama, Johnny is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and steady presence under pressure. Outside of work, he’s a lifelong musician who still performs regularly in his free time.
