Ali graduated from Florida State University with bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.

She joined Meridian Investigative Group in 2007, originally serving as the Human Resources Manager. Over time, her role evolved into Account Management, where she now works directly with clients to ensure their needs are met with clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

Her background in HR helps her navigate both client relationships and internal operations with a thoughtful, people-first approach.
