Caitlin joined Meridian Investigative Group in 2015, bringing hands-on experience from her previous role with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Child Protection Division. Her time there gave her a strong foundation in sensitive investigations and casework that demands both accuracy and discretion.

She studied Criminal Justice and Anthropology at the University of Central Florida, which gave her a solid understanding of how people behave—and how to uncover what’s really going on. Caitlin isn’t one to take things at face value. She’s good at asking the right questions, finding overlooked details, and putting information together in a way that makes sense for clients.

She enjoys the variety that comes with the job and the fact that no two cases are the same. Whether it’s digging through records or making strategic calls, she likes figuring things out and getting answers.

Outside of work, Caitlin spends most of her time with her kids—usually outside if the weather’s good. She also loves to read and recharge with a good book when the house is finally quiet.
