He works closely with adjusters and risk professionals to craft effective investigative solutions tailored to each case, with a focus on protecting clients’ interests and reducing claim exposure. Gordon is known for building strong, results-driven partnerships across the insurance industry.

Based on Florida’s west coast, Gordon spends his free time restoring vintage Land Rovers and saltwater fishing—two hobbies that reflect his appreciation for detail, patience, and craftsmanship.
